Due to overwhelming demand, This Is It! BBQ & Seafood’s Sponsorship program is closed for the remainder of 2019. We will begin taking new requests in January of 2020. Thank you.

THIS IS IT! BBQ & SEAFOOD CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINES

At This Is It! BBQ & Seafood we believe in the importance of supporting the communities in which we live and work. We receive tons of funding and donation requests every year, and although we would love to support every worthy cause we have developed these guidelines to help organizations understand our priorities and procedures.

CORPORATE SUPPORT

Our company remains committed to the community and gives back through sponsorships, donations and much more. Most requests are authorized at the corporate level, even if the request is for a specific store. We consider contributions for recognized 501c3 charities, Christian and educational institutions in the United States with a significant need. All requests must be received within 30 days of the date the contribution is needed. We do not make contributions at the corporate level for individuals, profit-making entities or entities without a charitable focus. During the holiday peak season (November and December) contributions of any kind will be limited.
Please keep in mind that This Is It! BBQ & Seafood restaurants receives donation requests on a daily basis and it is not possible to support every cause. However, if your request is approved, you will be contacted either by phone or in writing within 30 days.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

All requests must be submitted in writing and must clearly identify the need, the event date or date the need is desired and a contact information for follow up. If you are seeking sponsorship of any kind, please forward your request in writing, one of three ways:
