COVID-19 Memo: Coronavirus and Flu Prevention
Greetings TIIBBQ Family:
At TIIBBQ our Customers and associates are just like family. During these last few weeks, like you, we’ve been taking all steps to ensure the safety and health of our FAMILY. We’re committed to making every customer experience safe and to keep our restaurants open to you and your family for as long as conditions allow. We are proud to show God’s goodness by continuing to serve our community, customers, and partners with delicious food, love, humility and kindness. Family has been the center of our brand from the start…rest assured, it will always remain as such.
Thank you for your patience and trust as we navigate this…TOGETHER.
Here are the steps we are taking to protect our FAMILY (customers and associates):
1. FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
a. Encouraging customers to follow the CDC’s suggested hygiene practices to reduce the spread of germs/viruses
b. Providing sanitizers for customer use, as supplies last;
c. All orders will be placed in “TO GO” containers, unless expressly requested
2. FOR OUR STORES
a. Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high traffic surfaces including cashier station, credit card terminals
b. Sanitizing restrooms more frequently
c. Sanitizing trays, drink stations, napkins holders, condiment stations/bottles
3. FOR OUR ASSOCIATES
a. Encouraged to closely monitor health and well-being
b. Encouraged to follow CDC’s suggested hygiene practices to reduce the spread of germs/viruses
c. Asking associates to stay home if they, or someone in their household is sick
d. Suspending non-essential travel for associates.
